Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund β depending on the issue.
To lodge a return request, please:

β’ Include clear photos of the damage or fault
β’ Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging, where applicable
Incorrect Items Received
If you've received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
β’ For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, HP Clean Supplies will cover the return shipping costs.
β’ For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
